These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StuffPack ("the Service"), operated by Halion Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Free plan provides access to core features with usage limits as described on our Pricing page.
Plus and Pro plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the plan's regular rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.
Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through your account settings within 14 days.
You retain ownership of all gear data, trip information, images, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
